Kathy said yesterday that I'd love to have that recipe. I can even beg and grovel if necessary. ;) She was referring to the recipe for the cobbler. Kathy I can't reply to you as you have your email set at no reply. So it looks like everyone will be getting the recipe.

Oh, THANKS, Linda ! I like trying new recipes, and this one sounds sooo tasty !...
When reading US recipes, one question often comes to my mind :
they always give quantities in CUPS - which I find very handy - OK, but how big the cups ?
Our European recipes are giving quantities in grams.
(this question sounds ridiculous, I know)....

Hugs & smiles !

Linda I just wanted to comment on this post. Sometimes people, like myself, do not wish to receive emails from other bloggers and therefore have their settings set to 'no reply'. It is a choice. I understand that I will not be receiving any replies from you or others via email and that is fine. But understand that it is also okay if you reply to me in a comment post on your blog. I just wanted you to understand where I and possibly others are coming from. Thanks.

Linda, I'm the Kathy who was willing to grovel for your recipe. Unfortunately, I don't have a blog, but I do have a gmail account, which I am able to use to post comments on blogs. Therefore, I have no preferences that I can change in order to receive e-mails (I wish I could -- I love e-mails!). Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Blessings!

I often make fruit cobblers for dessert. I love the crumbly oatmeal topping. For some reason I don't feel as guilty with this dessert. It has fruit right?

Nadine, Americans have special "measuring cups" which equal 8 fluid ounces. I suppose it's pretty close to 250 ml., but you can probably find a better conversion tool somewhere. Here in Europe, i just use a medium-sized coffee mug or "Becher mit Henkel", if that helps.

And thank you, Linda for the recipe. I love crumbles like that.
