So if you're joining patches together that have seams pressed in opposite directions, you'd use these pins to butt the seams up together and hold in place while you stitch, and yes you can sew over these pins.
They retail between $8.50 - $9.50 for a packet of 35 and are made by Clover.
Happy Stitching.

Oooh, I like this idea, I might have to get some and try it out...
I've never heard of those! Seems like a great idea to me.

Those fork pins are interesting. I've never seen them either. I'll have to add them to my list quilting wants and needs.
I just want to hear someone say fork pin 3 times fast without biting their tongue off!
I have never seen pins like this before, but they look very interesting (a bit like those hair pins my great grandma used to hold up her hair bun *lol*). Thank you for sharing!
well, how about that...what a great idea never seem to get those seams going the right way...
Thanks for that Linda it's amazing what you can learn in Blog land.
Thanks for sharing the fork pins. I've never heard of them either but they sound great. Will have to get some and try them out.
I have never seen these before. I see you went to a quilt show, I agree with you that the quilts you show us are beautiful.

I have never seen these before, I will have to give them a try, thanks for sharing.
I had seen these on Simply Quilts but never knew anyone who had tried them. I think I have something new to put on my "notions I must try" list! Thanks for sharing. I love that Fantasy Garden block as well -- it's taking quite a bit of time, but oh -- so worth it!
I've never seen these until today. They look like a good tool.
