This One's For You !!!

Do you remember these little previews from a few posts ago?

Several of you commented on how pretty the fabrics were.

Here they are finally finished.

The quilters retreat bundle, all together. (If you click on any of the photo's it will give you a closer view)

A pretty tote bag with two outside pockets.

Six pockets inside the tote and a nice stable base.
A Stitching case.

Inside, room for a seam ripper, scissors and several floss cards of embroidery threads.
A little bucket for either snipped threads or perhaps storing tools.
A traveling ironing mat, with two layers of insulated batting and one layer of regular cotton batting.
A mini iron insulated travel case.

And shown in the first photo a matching needle case.

Cute collection?? Well this collection that I've named the quilters retreat bundle is for one lucky commenter. Why, you may ask, it's my 300th post. I made these for those of you who travel to quilt retreats, nothing worse than having to tote along a huge ironing board and regular iron. No need now, that's covered.

Now I'm not a big fan of asking bloggers to put a link up for a giveaway. It's just not my style. I'd much rather have a giveaway for my regular readers. So here's how this will work. Leave a comment on THIS POST ONLY and if I recognise you as a regular reader/commenter, you'll get an extra entry. If your new to my blog or a lurker, you'll get a single entry. Sound fair? I'll leave it open until Monday the 13th of October, and yes I'll mail overseas.

One final thing, please make sure I can get in contact with you. If you are set at no reply please leave an email address in your comment.

Happy Stitching

Edit: I've had several comments already that are NO REPLY, I'm sorry ladies but if you don't leave some way for me to contact you in your comment I won't be able to include you in the draw.

Sooo excellent!! They are fantastic! I am assuming they are your own design. Will you put them into a pattern so that they can be purchased? Congrats on 300 posts, WOW, is all I can say about that!! Thanks for letting us in on your fantastic giveaway!

Hi Linda~ I was wondering what you were making with that fabric...it is so pretty. And once again you have made some beautiful things. I don't quilt yet but I am going to learn. You can put me in the drawing if you would like but I wouldn't want to win over someone who right now quilts and could use it more than me...does this make sense. Congrat's on the 300th post. May I ask where do you find time to make 300 posts along with making all the wonderful crafts that you make??? I have just me and my husband at home and one small dog and cat and can't find the time to post or sew.Let me in on your time management secrets please! Right now I am trying to make--notice the word trying! a Raggedy ann doll for my granddaughter who will be two on the 19th of this month...nothing like putting it off till the last minute?? I have had the pattern, and fabric since July!!
Anyway Congrat's again, I love coming to your blog it always makes me happy to see all of the things you are working on and I love that you put other peoples blogs in your sidebar...I like to visit them too!!
Blessings,Joann

Sorry for the long comment! Thanks again! =)

Oh my - have you ever been busy! Such a very generous give away - and so beautifully made! I would love to have this not-so-little package delivered to my mailbox!

And thank you for the way you are doing this! Seems like all over blogland people are trying to get new readers to their blog by having people post links to their give away. Seems to me this just makes people tear around blogland leaving comments so they can win things. That's not the best spirit when it comes to giveaways - in my humble opinion, anyway. I'm with you - I love it when a regular reader wins one of my give aways. And I always hope they will bring regular readers who lurk out in the open so I can meet them!

Hi Linda,

First, let me congratulate you on your 300th post! I'll be lucky to get to 100. You've done a wonderful job on the Quilter's Retreat Bundle. I would love to be added to the drawing.
